Paul - Our restaurant/Mail Order Shop is in Quinnesec, MI.  We are also in over 100 stores in Lower Michigan.  As for the taste...I work for the company and love them so, I will give you an outside source to listen to:  www.thebritandyankee.com Pubcast #74 and they even mention us in the beginning of Pubcast #75. (click on the radio on the left side of screen and scroll down to #74 - we are towards the middle)  We are now in approximately 2000+ stores in 15 states...ya eh!

Jodi - only just in Michigan so I see (yes, I had to look up where Quinnesec was)

 

So, these pasties....are they as good as the Cornish ones?

I work for The Pasty Oven in Quinnesec, Michigan.  The home of the delicious 15ounce, hand-made pasty that is filled with beef, pork, potatoes and onions (spiced with pepper) and wrapped in a buttery crust.

I am in westland its a few miles west of detroit. I was born and raised in the USA. My grandma came over here from st.hope cornwall after WW 2 . I am on this site because I have immense pride in being english.
